摘要
α氨基蒽醌通过 N酰化反应合成 N氯乙酰α氨基蒽醌和 N氯乙酰甘氨酰α氨基蒽醌 .对α氨基蒽醌的 N 酰化衍生物的合成、分离及纯化进行了探索 ,对产品进行了纯度与元素分析 。
NChloroacetyαaminoanthraquinone and Nchloroacetylglyαaminoanthraquinone were synthesized with αaminoanthraquinone by the reaction of Nacylation.The syntheses,separations and purifications of αaninoanthraquinone Nacylated derivatives,had been detected.The purities and elements of the products had been analysed and characterized by ultraviolet spectra and infrared spectra.
