摘要
用不同甜菜碱含量的饲料进行了黄鳝(Monopterusalbus)养殖试验。结果表明,不含甜菜碱的饲料饲养黄鳝,黄鳝生长较慢,饲料系数偏高,肌肉及肝脏脂肪含量较高。随着饲料中甜菜碱含量的添加,黄鳝生长加快、饲料系数降低。当饲料中甜菜碱添加量达到(1 5～2 0)g/100g时,黄鳝生长率最高,饲料系数最低,肝脏脂肪含量较少,与用动物性饵料养殖的效果基本接近。
Effects of supplement of betaine to the diets on the growth,lipid content of muscle and liver of Monopterus albus were studied.The results showed that the speed of growth of Monopteus albus feeding on the diets without betaine was slower, and its feed conversion, liver lipid content and muscle lipid content were higher than that feeding on the diets with betaine.With increasing the content of betaine in the diets, its speed of growth increased,the feed conversion, liver lipid content and muscle lipid content decreased.When Monopterus albus fed on the diets with betaine content being (1.5 g/100 g)～2.0 g/100 g, its speed of growth, the feed conversion, liver lipid content were the same as that fed on animal diets.
