摘要
文章首先采用“增长因子”法分析人口因素变化对卫生费用增长的贡献,其中以人口老龄化的影响为主。结果显示,人口老龄化对中国卫生费用增长的影响不容忽视,而且高峰期并没有到来。文章还对老年人口的卫生费用进行了预测,结果提示未来老年人口的卫生费用将成为卫生总费用中份额最大的一部分。
The contribution of population factors on the growth of health expenditure is analyzed in this paper by using 'growth factor' method, and we find that the main effect comes from population aging. The results show that the in-fluence of aging on the growth of health expenditure should be paid more attention and the peak is still not coming. The health expenditure for the aged is also forecasted in this paper. The results indicate that the health expenditure of the aged will become the main part of total health expenditure in the future.
