摘要
复合绝缘子运行过程中的振动 ,在由纤维束浸渍树脂拉挤固化成型的芯棒与金具交接部位 ,因纤维受力不均 ,纤维树脂层间界面出现 ,将存在着振动蠕变现象。复合绝缘子振动蠕变试验 ,将依据易振区线路上架空导线凤振动实际情况确定出合理的试验参数为 :静载荷不低于复合绝缘子额定机械应力的 2 0 %~ 2 5 % ;振动角为其最大振动角波动范围平均值 ;振动次数应以其振动角大于 5′的振动时间 ,相应振动频率以及复合绝缘子运行期限进行选取。通过对复合绝缘子进行振动蠕变试验认为 ,在其芯棒与金具交接部位存在着振动蠕变现象 ,但对组装工艺先进产品整体机械性能影响较小。
Vibration creep phenomenon exists on the interface of fiber and resin at the join between pultruded rod metal end fitting due to uneven force on the fibers during working of composite insulator. The reasonable test parameters are determined based on the real situation of wind vibration of over head line in the easily vibrated area in the composite insulator creep test are: the static load is not less than 20%-25% of the rating mechanic stress of the insulator, vibration angle is the average value of the maximum vibration angle, vibration times are selected by the vibration interval when vibration angle is more than 5, vibration frequency and working life of composite insulator. The test shows that the vibration creep phenomenon exists on the interface of fiber and resin at the join between pultruded rod metal end fitting, but has little effect on the overall mechanical performance of well assembled product.
