摘要
目的:利用正交试验,研究粉防己多糖的最佳提取条件。方法:首先采用L8(4×24)正交试验研究单糖和寡糖的最佳提取条件。其次用提尽单糖和寡糖的残渣以水作溶剂提取多糖。按L9(34)正交试验表安排研究多糖的提取条件。结果:多糖的最佳提取条件为:提尽单糖和寡糖的残渣用20倍溶媒(水)浸泡24h后,于100℃提取3h,重复提取一次。方差分析显示,4个因素均有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论:利用提尽单糖和寡糖的残渣研究多糖的提取条件,具有药材用量少、操作简单、节省时间和试剂的优点。
Objective:The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Stephania tetrandra S. Moore (STSM) were re-searched by the means of orthogonal experiment. Method: Firstly, the orthogonal experiment L8 (4×24) was arranged to search out the optimum extracted from the dregs with solvent water. The orthogonal experiment L9 (34) was arranged to search out the optimum extraction conditions of Polysaccharide. Results: The optimum conditions of polysaccharide were extraction three hours at 100℃ with 20 times of solvent (water) and extracting one times repeatly. All of the four factors were significant factors (p<0.01) through analysis of variance. Conclusion: The rnethod which used the dregs that monosaccharide and oligosaccharide have been extracted out to research the optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides has many advantages, such as saving much sample, time, solvents as well as operating simply.
