摘要
针对飞雁滩油田在注聚过程中出现聚合物溶液窜流并在生产井过早产出的问题 ,提出用活性阳离子聚合物封堵窜聚的方法。由活性阳离子作为聚合物的改性产品 ,阴离子、高价无机盐等组成配方 ,并采用飞雁滩注聚区块地层砂制成的岩心 ,对岩心堵塞率、阳离子聚合物的表面活性、封堵剂热稳定性在不同温度下做了试验。试验结果表明 ,阳离子聚合物具有良好的表面活性 ,有助于提高驱油效果 ;阳离子聚合物与低浓度的阴离子聚合物生成的封堵剂热稳定期长 ,岩心堵塞率高 ,耐水冲刷性好。从飞雁滩油田注聚区块 6口井的现场实施情况分析 ,有明显的增油降水效果 ,减少了出聚含量。活性阳离子聚合物封堵窜聚技术可作为飞雁滩油田注聚区块治理聚合物在油井窜流的有效措施 ,应用前景广阔。
Aimed to the problems of earlier interaquifer flow appearance when polymer is injected in Feiyantan Oilfield, the paper brings forward to the interaquifer flow plugging method by activated cationic polymer. The test has been finished by activated cation, anion and inorganic salt with high valence, using Feiyantan core in this polymer injection block. The test shows that activated cationic polymer has the good surfactivity, and promotes the effects of flooding. Activated cationic polymer is compounded with low concentrated anionic polymer to plugging agent, which has long heating stabilization, high plugging efficiency and good water flooding endurance. By the analysis of site application in six wells, it has the great effects to increase oil production and decrease water, and decrease the polymer reproduction. This technology is an effective method with a potent application.
