摘要
在模拟注蒸汽条件下 ,添加催化剂和供氢剂 ,进行催化供氢稠油改质室内实验和现场应用 .结果表明 :添加催化剂或供氢剂或催化剂和供氢剂均可使稠油的重质组分和硫的质量分数降低 ,n(H) /n(C)升高 ,w(饱和烃 )和w(芳香烃 )增加 ,稠油黏度不可逆降低 ;催化剂和供氢剂对改质稠油具有协同作用 ,添加催化剂和四氢萘 ,稠油降黏率可达87.0 % ,添加催化剂和复配供氢剂 ,降黏率可达 80 .0 % ;稠油井经催化供氢改质处理后 ,周期采油量和回采水量均大幅度增加 ,降黏和增产效果明显 .
Under the condition of cyclic steam stimulation, the upgrading laboratory experiments and field testing involving addition of catalyst and/or hydrogen donor were carried out for the extra-heavy oil in Shuguang Region in Liaohe Oilfield. It was found that the extra-heavy oil was upgraded using catalyst or/and hydrogen donor, the contents of asphaltene, resin and sulphur were decreased, at the same time, the mole ratio of H and C and the contents of saturated and aromatic hydrocarbon increased respectively. As a result, the viscosity of the heavy oil was decreased greatly. Catalyst and hydrogen donor had synergetic effect on the upgrading reactions, with the addition of catalyst and tetralin 87% deduction in the viscosity was observed, catalyst and hydrogen donor developed the deduction in viscosity is 80%. It could be proved that the production of heavy oil and water of the wells were increased greatly after in-situ upgrading treated using catalyst and hydrogen donor during the steam injection, both the decrease in viscosity and increase in oil production were significant.
