摘要
通过在枳和红桔 2种基砧的锦橙树上高接华红脐橙后进行田间试验研究 ,比较 2种基砧树的栽培表现和树体部分生理生化指标的差异。结果表明 ,在栽培表现上 ,红桔基砧树生长比枳旺 ,投产晚 ,果实小 ,果实含酸量较高、糖酸比较低、出汁率和VC含量较高 ;枳基砧树则反之。在生理生化指标上 ,2种不同基砧对华红脐橙叶片可溶性蛋白含量和SOD活性没有显著的影响。枳基砧树叶片POD和CAT活性分别极显著和显著地低于红桔基砧树。枳基砧根系可溶性蛋白含量、POD活性和CAT活性显著地高于红桔根系 ;红桔根系SOD活性和根系活力分别表现为极显著或显著地高于枳根系。
Field experiment was conducted after Huahong navel orange was grafted on Jincheng/trifoliate and red tangerine, performance and the differences in some physiological and biochemical indexes of the two types of trees were compared with each other. The results indicat as follows:Huahong navel orange on red tangerine grew flourishingly, put into product late, and had smaller fruit with higher TA and lower ratio of TSS/TA and higher percent of juice and content of Vc. Huahong navel orange on trifoliate was just the opposite.There wasn't significant difference in the total soluble protein content and SOD activity in leaves between trifoliate and red tangerine.The activities of POD and CAT in the leaves of trifoliate were respectively remarkably lower than that of red tangerine. The total content of soluble protein and the activities of POD and CAT in the roots of trifoliate were significantly higher than those of red tangerine. The activity of SOD in roots and the root activity of red tangerine were respectively significantly more obvious and significantly higher than those of trifoliate.
