摘要
建立了圆坯拔长锻造的运动许可速度场与应变速率场。采用双剪应力屈服准则经上界定理求得解析解,该解与传统工程法进行了比较,计算结果高于传统工程法的结果。
The kinematically admissible velocity field and strain rate field for extension forging of rounds have been established. Based on the twin-shearing stress yielding criterion. an analytical solution is obtained by upper bound theorem. Compared with that from the traditional slab method. the solution can give higher accuracy.
