木竹重组材抗弯性能的研究 被引量:17

摘要 根据混杂复合材料理论 ,将重组木的构成单元———木束与重组竹的构成单元———竹束 ,采用混杂方法复合 ,并对 3种不同的混杂形态和不同混杂比进行了木竹重组材的结构设计及抗弯力学性能的研究。结果表明 ,与重组木相比 ,木竹重组材的比模量略有提高 ,比强度提高较大 ;3种混杂形态中 ,以竹束为表面的夹芯结构的比模量及比强度最高 ,均匀混杂的木竹重组材的抗弯性能最低 ;木竹重组材的抗弯性能均随竹束用量的增大而有不同程度地增大。重组竹的比模量和比强度分别比重组木高出 5 0 %和 12 0 %。 Wood fiber tress which is the cell of scrimber and bamboo tress which is the cell of bamboo scrimber are made into bamboo and wood hybrid scrimber in three different hybrid structure types with different hydrid ratio of bamboo tress to wood tress according to the principle of hybrid fiber composite material.The results showed that specific MOE of bamboo and wood hybrid scrimber is lightly higher than that of scrimber made by poplar,but the specific MOR of bamboo and wood hybrid scrimber is sharply higher than that of the scrimber.The bending properties of sandwich structure with bamboo as surface and back is the best among three structure types,while that of homogeneous mixing structure is the worst.The bending properties of bamboo and wood composite scrimber is increased by the ratio of bamboo tress.The specific MOE and specific MOR of bamboo scrimber is more 50% and 120% than those of wood scrimber respectively.
