口腔科门诊护理中的人文关怀及效果评价 被引量:14

摘要 目的 了解患者对各项人文关怀感知与认可程度。方法 采用问卷形式对 2 0 0 1~ 2 0 0 2年间因牙疼就诊的 163名患者进行调查分析。结果  ( 1)被调查者将人文关怀放在前一两位的内容分别为语言的关怀和信任关系的建立 ,排在后两位的是舒适的环境和肢体性语言的应用 ;( 2 )性别、年龄、文化程度的不同 ,对不同人文关怀行为感知还是有明显的差异。结论 随着医学模式的转变 ,护理工作已由单纯的疾病护理向整体护理全面过渡。与其他科室相比 ,口腔科无论从工作性质还是就诊患者都有其十分特殊的一面。在日常医疗工作中适时引入人文关怀的服务 ,不仅能够提高口腔护理服务质量 ,也会使我们的护理工作更加人性化。 Objective To investigate cognition and acceptance of humane care.Methods Questionnaire was performed in 163 patients who visited our department because of toothache between 2001 and 2002 and the results were analyzed. Results 1)Verbal care and establishment of trust relationship the first and the second on the list of humane care, while a cozy environment and application of body language were the last on the list of humane care;2)Sex,age and educational background had significant influence on cognition of humane care. Conclusion With transformation of the medical pattern, the nursing pattern is also undergoing a change from disease-centered nursing to holistic nursing, especially in the line of dentistry.Appropriate humane care helps raise nursing quality and instill more humanity into nursing service.
