脑出血患者红细胞免疫及T细胞亚群的变化 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨脑出血患者红细胞免疫功能、T淋巴细胞免疫功能的变化及其意义。方法:对43例脑出血患者及50例正常对照外周血红细胞免疫黏附活性、红细胞免疫黏附促进因子与抑制因子、T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测。结果:脑出血患者红细胞免疫黏附功能下降,红细胞C3b受体花环率为(13.74±1.51)%,结合的免疫复合物增多为(10.65±1.13)%,红细胞免疫促进因子活性降低为(138.84±16.40)%,抑制因子活性增高为(46.63±4.39)%;CD3+,CD4+T细胞明显低于对照组,分别为(41.40±4.02)%和(33.37±4.30)%,而CD8+T细胞高于对照组,为(35.51±4.11)%,CD4/CD8比值降低。结论:脑出血患者红细胞免疫功能与T细胞免疫功能均处于低下水平,检测外周血红细胞免疫功能、T淋巴细胞亚群的变化对判断脑出血病情、预后有一定的临床意义。 AIM:To explore the variation of red cell immune function and T lymphocyte subpopulation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and its significance. METHODS:The conglutinate activity of peripheral blood red cell immune,red cell immune conglutination enhanced and inhibited factors and T lymphocyte subpopulation of 43 patients and 50 normal controls were measured. RESULTS:A significant decrease of conglutinate ability in red cell immune[with red cell C3b receptor rate of (13.74±1.51)%] and an increase of combined immune compounds of red cell[(10.65±1.13)%] were found in these patients. Activity of enhanced factor decreased[(138.84±16.40)%] and inhibited factor increased[(46.63±4.39)%].CD3+and CD4+T lymphocyte subpopulation[(41.40±4.02)%,(33.37±4.30)%,respectively] were significantly lower, while CD8+T lymphocytes[(35.51±4.11)%]higher than those of normal control group,and CD4/CD8 ratio decreased. CONCLUSION:There is a decrease in both red cell and T lymphocyte immune function.Measurement of the red cell immune function and T lymphocyte subpopulation variation has certain clinical significance in determining the disease severity and prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage.
