摘要
在pH 4 70的HAc -NaAc缓冲溶液中 ,以氨三乙酸为活化剂 ,痕量Mn 能显著地催化KIO4 氧化番红花红O褪色。据此建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量锰的新方法。研究了反应温度、试剂用量等最佳条件和动力学参数。对于 10mL溶液 ,本方法测Mn2 + 的线性范围为 0 5~ 60ng ,检出限为 6 1× 10 - 5μg/mL。用于人发和茶叶中痕量锰的测定 ,结果满意。
In the presence of nitrilotriacetic acid (as an activating agent),the decoloring reaction of safranine O oxidized by potassium periodate could be remarkably catalyzed by Mn*' in the buffer solution (pH 4.70) of HAc-NaAc. Based on the experimental results,a new catalytic method for the determination of manganese*' was proposed.The optimal conditions and the kinetic parameters of this reaction were studied.The linear range for the determination of manganese is 0.5-60 ng/10 mL and the detection limit is 6.1×10 -5 μg/mL. The method was used for the determination of trace manganese in human hair and tea samples with satisfactory results.
