摘要
采用机械合金化—加压烧结在 12 5 0℃制备相对密度为 99%、晶粒尺寸为 30 0~ 70 0nm的Fe3 Al烧结体材料。研究了球磨过程中Fe Al粉末的结构转变及烧结体Fe3 Al的微观结构和力学性能。Fe3 Al材料的室温压缩屈服强度和压缩应变分别为 190 0MPa和 14 % ,硬度 6 1HRC ,横向断裂强度和断裂韧度KIc分别高达130 0MPa和 4 9MPa·m1/ 2 。Fe3 Al材料优异的室温力学性能来源于晶粒细化、组织均化效应。
The bulk Fe3Al with 99% relative density and grain size of 300 - 700 nm was prepared by MA and pressing sintering at 1250°C. The structural evolution of Fe-Al powder during milling stage and the microstructure and mechanical properties of compacted Fe3Al were investigated. The room compressive yield strength, compressive stress and hardness (HRC) are 1900 MPa, 14% and 61 respectively. The transverse rupture strength and fracture toughness are 1300 MPa and 49 MPa·m1/2. The elevated room mechanical properties result from the effects of fine grain and homogeneous structure.
