摘要 介绍了一种有源箝位 Flyback 变换器 ZVS 实现方法,并对其软开关参数重新设计。该方案不但能实现主辅开关管的 ZVS,限制输出整流二极管关断时的 di/dt,减小整流二极管的开关损耗,同时也有效地降低了开关管的电压应力。 A method for active-clamp flyback converter to achieve zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) is introduced, and the soft switching parameters of it are redesigned. This method can achieve ZVS of both the main and auxiliary switch. ZVS also limits the turn-off dt/dt of the output rectifier, reduces the rectifier switching losses, and achieves low switch voltage stress.
