摘要
利用高能球磨冷压烧结的方法制备了Cu WC弥散强化铜合金 ,并对不同压制压力和保压时间的试样进行了性能检测和显微结构分析。结果表明 :压制压力对金属组织与性能的影响比较明显 ,随着压力的增大 ,金属组织进一步细碎 ,密度、硬度、强度逐步提高 ,导电率逐步下降。在压力一定的情况下 ,保压时间对合金组织和性能的影响不太明显 ,对于塑性粉体和简单型坯 ,保压 1min就能使合金粉末坯充分压实。
The Cu-WC dispersion strengthened copper alloy has been preparaed by high performance ball milling, cold pressing and sintering. The samples, which are obtained at differemt pressures and pressure-retaining times, have been tested for properties and analysed for micro-structures. The results show that the pressing pressure has a obvious effect on the alloy's microstracturs and properties. With increasing the pressing pressure, its microstructure is made finer, its density, hardness and strength are improved gradually and its conductivity is reduced gradually. At a given pressure, the pressure-retaining time has no obvious effect on the alloy's microstructure and properties. At a given pressures, for plastic powder and single mould billet pressure-retaining for 1 min is enough to make the alloy powder fully compactive.
