Research and Development of Deep-sea Miner's Control System

摘要 采用基于CompactPCI接口的工业控制计算机组成网络 ,利用自行开发测控软件和监控软件 ,综合利用DGPS、水声定位技术等 ,实现对深海自行式水力集矿机的智能控制 ,成功地进行了 13 0m水深的采矿系统综合湖试。试验表明深海集矿机测控系统稳定、可靠 ,满足集矿机测控要求 ,为采矿系统 10 0 0m浅海试验奠定了坚实的基础。 Intelligent control of self-walking hydraulic miner was achieved by using computer network which is based on industrial personal computers with compact PCI interface, self-developed control softwares and such techniques as DGPS and hydroacoustic positioning. Comprehensive tests on its mining system were succesfully carried out at the depth of 130 m under the lake water surface. The tests showed that the control system can meet the requirments of the miner's mornitoring and control due to its good stability and reliability, laying a foundation for performing the 1?000 m deep-sea tests of the mining system.
