摘要
提出了基于并行工程的汽车产品可靠性管理的思路 ,使其系统地贯穿于汽车产品的设计、试验、制造、检验、销售及售后服务的全过程。重点分析在产品开发过程各阶段应用并行工程的可靠性管理工作 ,并将其应用于车架失效原因分析、反馈和改进中 ,可降低生产成本 ,缩短产品开发周期。
A new way that automobile product’s reliability management based on concurrent engineering was presented. And the stress was put on the application of concurrent engineering in production procedures. And then this method was applied to the bus frame’s failure analysis,feedback and improvement. This application can reduce costs effectively and shorten the implementary cycle.
