摘要
纳米晶体材料已成为国际前沿性研究热点 ,由于电沉积法在制备该材料方面具有独特优势 ,已引起了广泛关注 ,作者用XRD和TEM等方法对比研究了邻磺酰苯酰亚胺 (糖精 )添加剂对电解液喷射电沉积纳米晶镍沉积层微观结构和硬度的影响。结果表明 ,加入 2 .5g/L添加剂可使Ni沉积层晶粒尺寸由 30nm减小至 10nm左右 ,沉积层织构由原来的( 2 2 0 )织构转变为 ( 111) ( 2 0 0 )双织构 ,其显微硬度亦由HV371升至HV60 2。
Nanocrystalline material has become an upsurge in research in the world.The preparation of the material with electrodeposition technique has an extraordinary vantage and cause wide interests. The effects of the addition of saccharin on the microstructure and microhardness of et electrodeposited nanocrystalline nickel coating have been studied with XRD and TEM et al. The results indicate that the grain size of the nickel coatings decreased from 30 nm to about 10 nm, the microhardness increased from HV371 to HV602 and the original (220) texture of the deposit changed into (111)and (220) double texture with the addition of 2.5 g/L saccharin.
