摘要
本文介绍一种以8098单片机为主控制器的数字PID控制系统。该系统采用软件技术实现PID控制参数的智能化自动整定,并利用整定后的控制参数控制直线电机的运行过程,使电机系统能获得较高的响应速度、稳定的控制精度和良好的控制效果。单片机的使用,简化了控制电路,有利于实现机电一体化。
A numerical PID control system which uses 8098 single chip microcomputer as its main controller is introduced in this paper. It uses software technique to make automatic adjustment of PID control parameters intelligently and control the DC linear motor with them in its running. It can make the linear motor get high response speed, stable control accuracy and good control effect. With 8098 single chip microcomputer, it can simplify the control circuits and make it easy to integrate machinery with electron.
