摘要
本文通过对信息化水平测算指标体系的建构、测算和分析 ,指出辽宁省信息化发展的特点。
This Paper states the basic principle of informization index model,Constitutes an informization index model suit to the current social informization level,then measures and analysis informization index of Liaoning province based on this.
