摘要
在世纪之初 ,我国饭店集团正面临着“入世”、知识经济和世界一体化的挑战 ,同时这也为中国饭店集团创造了新的发展机遇和市场需求。本文分析了我国饭店集团化的发展过程 ,提出建立具有中国特色的饭店集团是我国旅游业发展的客观需要。
At the beginning of the century , the restaurant groups in China are facing with entry to WTO and the challenge from the integration of knowledge economy and the world , which also provides them new developing favourable circumstances and demands on the markets . The essay analyses the developing process of the restaurant groups . Setting up restaurant groups with Chinese features is the objective demand of tourism in our country.
