摘要 脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury, SCI)是一种致残率很高的疾病,多年来对脊髓损伤的治疗一直困扰着临床医师.脊髓损伤后的病理生理机制非常复杂,人们对此认识并不全面和深入,为了寻求新的、有效的治疗,更透彻地阐明脊髓损伤所涉及的复杂机制,更有效地评估脊髓损伤后干预手段的效果,需要有可靠性高、重复性好的脊髓损伤模型.由于无法依靠临床开展系统的病理学研究,通过建立动物模型进行实验研究则显得尤为重要.许多学者对建立脊髓损伤的动物模型进行了大量的研究,以求能够提供用于比较的、重复性好的、可检测病理变化的动物模型.近年来脊髓损伤动物模型研究已经取得了长足的进步,很多成果已经用于脊髓损伤后临床治疗中.本文就目前常用的脊髓损伤模型进行了回顾.
