摘要
文章讨论了供电服务质量评价的意义,在原有评价方法的基础上,提出了对供电服务质量进行评价的指标体系和两种评价方法,即基于模糊偏序关系的评价方法和模糊综合评价方法,实例计算验证了这两种方法在评价供电服务质量方面的有效性。对两种方法的优缺点及适用条件进行了分析。
The authors researched the significance of power supply service quality assessment. On the basis of original assessment methods, the index system to assess the power supply service quality and two kinds of assessment methods, i.e., the assessment method based on fuzzy partial ordering relation and fuzzy-synthesizing evaluating method, were proposed. Calculation results of actual example verified the effectiveness of the two proposed methods in the assessment of power supply service quality. The advantages and drawbacks of the two methods and their application conditions were analyzed.
