摘要
对电机的振动噪声检测是空调生产过程中的一道重要工序。文中研究了空调电机各种噪声的概率分布规律,并提出了一个检验统计量对各噪声概率分布密度函数进行假设检验。结果表明:电磁噪声和不平衡噪声服从正态分布,但是其分布参数有明显区别,而轴承受损噪声不服从正态分布。这三种噪声的统计量具有显著的特征,分别处于明显不同的区间,结合概率分布参数可以有效可靠地检测出空调电机的三种振动噪声。
The detection for electromotor's noise is an important working procedure in the air-conditioner's manufacture.In order to detect the noise effectively, the probability distribution rule of different noises of electromotor in air-conditioner is researched and a testingly statistical variable is proposed to carry out the hypothesis test for the density function in this paper.The results show that the electromagnetic noise and the noise of unbalanced rotor are both subject to the normal distribution but their distributed parameter is completely different. And the noise of injuring bearing is not submit to the normal distribution.The testingly statistical variable of the three kinds of noise have obvious feature and are located in the completely different area and by virtue of this variable and the distributed parameter the type of noise can be recognized reliably and effectively.
