摘要
通过多项有效成分含量分析方法 ,选择出了杜仲优良种源区和优良类型。在此基础上选择出杜仲优树 ,繁殖无性系 ,建立无性系测定林 ,并以有效成分为首选指标 ,结合生长量指标 ,并参考抗性指标 ,通过模糊综合评判方法初选出 14个优良无性系。通过优良无性系区域栽培试验终选出有效成分含量高且性状稳定的优良品种秦种 1 4号。
The chosen type and seed region were selected by method of analyzing the contends of bioactive onstituents in the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides. superior trees were selected, clones were reproduced and clone test stands were established based on this method. 14 chosen clones were preliminary selected by way of Fuzzy integrated-analysis on the contents of constituents and yields. Superior clones Qingzhong 1- 4 were finally selected which were steady and had high contents of constituents. The finding is very fundamental to intensive cultivation and comprehensive exploitation.
