摘要
目的 :研究黄芪的抗衰老作用及作用机制。方法 :取 2月龄小鼠正常条件下饲养 11月 ,制成自然衰老模型 ,用黄芪黄酮浓缩液 1ml/只灌服衰老小鼠 6周 ,检测衰老小鼠胸腺中NO、MDA含量及SOD活性 ,用荧光显微镜研究细胞凋亡的形态学变化。结果 :黄芪黄酮可明显降低衰老小鼠胸腺NO及MDA含量 ,提高SOD活性、抑制胸腺细胞调亡。结论
Objective: To evaluate the effect of radix astragali in antraging. Methods:2 month-old mice were fed routinely for 11 months to establish the model of naturally aging mice. The radix astragali 1ml were administrated to the mice, then investigated the concentration of NO、SOD、MDA and the morphological changes of apoptosis by fluoromicroscope. Results:radix astragali could decreased the level of NO、MDA, improved the activity of SOD,inhibited the thymus cell apoptosis.Conclusion: radix astragali have ameliorating and postponing effects on the regressive changes in the thymus of aging mice.
