复方银杏滴丸抗脑缺血作用实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :观察复方银杏滴丸 (CO GBE) (银杏叶提取物、人参皂苷等 )的抗脑缺血作用。方法 :(1)采用大脑中动脉血栓形成 (MCAT)致局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型 ,测定模型组和给药组大鼠神经症状、脑梗塞范围和脑水含量。 (2 )采用结扎双侧颈总动脉致急性全脑缺血大鼠模型 ,测定模型组和给药组大鼠脑组织中伊文思蓝 (EB)含量。结果 :(1)CO GBE 10、2 0、4 0mg·kg-1均可改善MCAT大鼠造模后 6h和 2 4h的神经症状 ,2 0、4 0mg·kg-1还可缩小模型动物脑血栓形成后 2 4h的脑梗塞范围 ;2 0mg·kg-1可以明显抑制MCAT大鼠发生脑水肿。 (2 )CO GBE 2 0、4 0mg·kg-1可以明显减少模型大鼠脑组织中伊文思蓝 (EB)含量。结论 :CO GBE具有拮抗脑缺血损伤作用。 AIM: To study the protective effect of Compound Ginkgo Dripping Pills (extract of Gingo leave, ginsenoside, etc.) against cerebral ischemia. METHODS: (1) Adopting focal cerebral ischemia model rat of middle cerebral artery thrombosis, the protective effect of Compound Gingo Dripping Pills was observed by detecting the changes in neurosis, cerebral infarction area and water content. (2) Adopting ligating bilateral common carotid artery model rat, the protective effect of Compound Ginkgo Dripping Pills was observed by detecting the content of Evans Blue in encephalon. RESULTS: (1) Compound Ginkgo Dripping Pills 10mg·kg -1、20mg·kg -1、40mg·kg -1 could decrease neurosis. 20mg·kg -1 and 40mg·kg -1 could decrease cerebral infarction area. 20mg·kg -1 could restrain cerebral edema. (2) Compound Ginkgo Dripping Pills 20mg·kg -1 and 40mg·kg -1 could reduce the content of Evans Blue of encephalon. CONCLUSION: Compound Ginkgo Dripping Pills can resist cerebral ischemia.
