摘要
目的 建立一种快速、简便的气相色谱法对血浆中常见的毒品、麻醉药品进行定性、定量分析。方法 采用 0 32mm×30m的SE 5 4毛细管柱 ,FID检测器 ,程序升温 ,载气为N2 ,氯仿 异丙醇 (9∶1)作为提取溶剂 ,外标法定量。结果 本法对所测样品线性关系良好 ,回收率均在 93 0 4 %~ 10 8 4 %之间 ,日内、日间精密度在 11%以内。结论 GC FID法可用于血浆中常见毒品及麻醉药品的分析 ,方法准确、快速。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid and simple GC method to identify and analyse some common narcotic drugs in human plasma. METHODS: SE-54 phase 30 m × 0.53 mm ID capillary column was used. The detector was FID. The carrier gas was high purity nitrogen. The column temperatures was raised by programming. The plasma was extracted with chloroform-isopropanol (9:1). The external standard method was used. RESULTS: This method showed good linearity for all the studied substances with average recoveries ranged from 93.04% ∼ 108.4%. The inter-day and intra-day precision RSDs were less than 11%. CONCLUSION: This GC-FID method is simple and accurate, can be used to analyse some common narcotic analgestic drugs in human plasma.
