摘要
目的筛选效果较好的树脂 ,对杜仲降压活性成分松脂醇二葡糖苷进行有效富集 ,提高产品质量。方法采用新型大孔吸附树脂对松脂醇二葡糖苷进行吸附及洗脱性能实验。同时采用高效液相色谱法进行分析检测。结果筛选出效果较好的S 8树脂 ,确定了最佳的工艺参数 ,使松脂醇二葡糖苷的含量由原材料中的 0 .0 85 %富集提高到 38.5 % ,得率达 85 .5 %。结论该法成本低 ,操作简单 ,树脂可重复使用 。
PurposeTo choose suitable macroporous adsorption resins to enrich the active compound from Eucommia ,and pinoresinol d gluside (PDG), which show anti hypertensive activity.MethodsAdsorption and desorption characteristics of PDG were carried out on the resins. HPLC was used to determine the content of PDG.ResultsThe better resin S 8 was chosen, and the optimum parameters were obtained. The content of PDG was increased from 0.085% in the raw material to 38.5% in the product with a recovery of 85.5%.ConclusionThe resin adsorption is practicable method to isolate and purify PDG from Eucommia.
