摘要
以粗品血红素为原料 ,经稀碱、稀酸处理 ,通过正交实验分析 ,确定最佳纯化条件为 :提取液氨浓度为 1.5 % ,固液比为 1∶35 ,提取时间为 10min。产品纯度大于 96 % ,回收率大于 80 % ,具有工艺简单、成本低廉、无污染。
The heme purification by thin alkali and acid. The optimum technological conditions have been attained by orthogonal experiment as follows:NH_(3 )solvent concentration 1.5()%, the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶35, extraction time 10()min.This new method has been proved to be a high-purified which is over 96()%, simple-technologied, no-pollute, low-costed technique.
