摘要
对苍耳子的水溶性物质进行微波萃取,并用正交实验设计法对萃取条件进行优化,确定萃取条件为:20~40mesh 苍耳子,30mL 蒸馏水,微波功率480W,控温110℃萃取25min。然后利用 GC/MS 首次分析鉴定了微波萃取苍耳子水提取液的成份组成,共鉴定出18种成分。苍耳子水提取液的主要成分是丙三醇(含量74.41%),丁醛(3.80%),肉桂酸(2.89%),琥珀酸(2.83%)。还含有一些糖类,糖醇类物质。为进一步开发利用苍耳子,研究其有效成分与药理作用的关系提供一定依据。
The water-soluble matters of Fructus xanthii extracted by microwave energy were determined by GC/MS analysis.According to the orthogonal design L_9 (3~4),four factors in extraction were optimized.The study illustrated that 20~40 mesh Fructus xanthii,microwave power 480 W,radiation time 25mius at 110℃,volume of solvent in extraction 30 mL gave the best results.The results showed that the water-soluble matters was composed of 18 ingredients.The major components were glycerol (74.41%),Butanal (3.80%),cinnamic acid (2.89%) and Butanedioic acid (2.83%).The result provided scientific basis for exploitation and utilization of Fructus xanthii.
