摘要
随着我国加入世界贸易组织 ,科技期刊在经济全球化的大环境下 ,正逐步参与国际竞争 ,走国际化、网络化、出版集团化的发展之路 ,这对科技期刊编辑的素质提出了更新、更高、更全面的要求。通过分析新时期科技期刊发展对编辑的新要求 ,探讨了加速培养新时期科技期刊高素质编辑的主要内容和途径。
Sci-tech periodicals in China have been taking part in international competition to realize internationalization and network publication and the establishing of groups with Chinese joining WTO in the circumstance of economical internationalization. It puts forward some new, higher and more comprehensive quality requirements for the editors of Sci-Tech periodicals. Thus the key approach to training editors quickly with higher quality for Sci-Tech periodicals was studied by analyzing these new requirements for editors in the new era.
