蛋壳与补钙药品中钙含量的测定及食用比较的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 钙是人体内的一种微量元素,它在体内的含量虽然微乎其微,但是它的作用是巨大的。缺钙会引起佝偻病,发育迟缓,骨质疏松症,严重者甚至会引起骨折,此外缺钙还会导致牙齿脱落,神经痛,外伤后流血不止等。近几年已证实缺钙还是诱发糖尿病、高血压、老年痴呆症以及多种过敏性疾病的因素。因此,对现在人们日常生活中较为普遍的食用蛋壳粉和补钙药品这两种方式进行研究,采用EDTA络合滴定法测定样品中碳酸钙含量。获取其中钙含量数据后进行比较,进而对两种补钙方式的食用比较进行探讨,得到有价值的依据。 Calcium is one of trace elements in human body,its content in the body although very little,but its role is huge.Calcium deficiency can cause rickets,growth retardation,osteoporosis,severe cases may even cause fractures,in addition to calcium deficiency will lead to tooth loss,neuralgia,trauma,bleeding etc..In recent years,has confirmed that the factors to induce diabetes,hypertension,calcium deficiency or Alzheimer's disease and other allergic diseases.Therefore,to study the lives of people today are relatively common in food and supplementsthe eggshell powder in two ways,the determination of calcium carbonate content in the sample by EDTA complexometric titration method.Get the calcium content data were compared,and then on the two kinds of methods were compared to investigate calcium food,get the value basis.
