摘要
本文利用盐湖共生矿产为原料,采用均匀沉淀法合成碱式碳酸镁粉体。考察了反应温度、反应时间、陈化时间等反应条件对制备碱式碳酸镁平均粒径的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、粒度仪对合成的碱式碳酸镁晶须进行表征。得到最佳工艺条件:反应温度80℃,反应时间3小时,陈化时间9小时,得到的碱式碳酸镁平均粒径为396.6~396.8nm。
In this work,nano-powders basic magnesium carbonate were synthesized by homogeneous precipitation method using paragenic ore as raw material.The effects of the reaction temperature,the reaction time and aging time were discussed.The as-obtained products were characterized by XRD and particle size analyzer.The optimal experimental condition had been attained:the reaction temperature was80℃,the reaction time was 3hour and the aging time was 9hour.
