摘要
基于对电缆接头工培训考评的瓶颈分析,提出了可重用电缆接头橡胶件配方研制及其实操培训考评应用方案,通过对电缆接头橡胶件的配方研制,研发了一种服务于培训考评的可重用电缆接头橡胶件,具备机械性能更优、可多次重复使用的特点,并且大幅降低了制造成本。通过试片试验和成品试点应用,证明该橡胶件机械性能均达到目标要求,并且支持重复使用30次以上,完全能够满足培训考评的要求。
This paper researches and develops a kind of reusable cable joint rubber parts specially for training and examination through formulation optimization,which has better mechanical properties and can be reused more times.At the same time,the manufacturing cost of the rubber parts can have a significant decline.We conduct the test piece experiments and pilot application,and the results show:(1) the mechanical properties fully meet the target;(2) the product can be reused for more than 30 times,which proves that our rubber parts can fully satisfy the requirement of training and examination.
