摘要
随着社会的快速发展,传统的高职教学模式已经不能满足社会对技能型人才的需要,为了适应社会的发展,在教学过程中推行工学结合逐渐引起了高职教育界的广泛重视,并迅速成为高职教育教学改革的重点内容之一。经过一段时间的发展,工学结合教学改革在高职教育中已取得了一定的进展,但也存在有效性不足的问题,本文将系统的分析当前工学改革教学有效性不足的原因,并提出一系列措施,以期为我国高职教学改革提供一些参考。
With the rapid development of society,the traditional mode of higher vocational education cannot satisfy the social need for talents,in order to adapt to the development of the society,to implement the work study combination in the teaching process has attracted extensive attention of the higher vocational education,and quickly becomes one of the important contents of teaching reform in higher vocational education. After a period of development,some progress has been made in higher vocational education teaching reform of work study combination,but also has the problem of insufficient effectiveness,this paper will analyze the reasons for lack of teaching effectiveness,and put forward a series of measures,in order to provide some reference for teaching reform of higher vocational education in China.
