山区农村居民点区位影响因素识别与测度——以长阳土家族自治县五镇为例 被引量:10

摘要 为识别影响山区农村居民点区位效用水平的特征区位因素并测算其影响程度,以区位效用水平最大化为假设前提构建特征区位模型,并以长阳土家族自治县五个乡镇为例进行实证研究。结果表明:1特征区位模型可有效地识别影响山区农村居民点区位效用水平的特征区位因素并测算其影响程度;2通过以居民点人口为因变量的对数模型显著性检验的特征区位因素有8个,其作用方向、弹性系数和影响程度存在较大差异;3对山区农村居民点区位的优化调整应当着眼于为农户提供更多的偏好效用。本文定量考察了各类环境因素对山区农村居民点区位效用水平的影响,可为山区农村居民点整理和布局优化提供科学决策。 The location utility of mountainous rural residential land is strongly influenced by the natural environment,production environment,and socioeconomic environment. To deepen the study of residential land location evaluation we must identify preference factors and measure their influence on the location utility of mountainous rural residential land. Here,the Hedonic location model was constructed based on theoretical analysis of mountainous rural residential land location choices on conditions that the location utility was the maximum. We used five towns in Changyang Tujia Autonomous County,China as a case study and found that the Hedonic location model worked well in identifying Hedonic location factors and measuring its influence degree on the location utility of mountainous rural residential land. The log model in which residential population was set as the dependent variable had a better fit compared to other models,and the explaining power reached 70.1%. The agricultural land production condition was the key factor that influenced rural residential land location choice in mountainous regions where people depend on agriculture for regular income. The location optimization of mountainous rural residential land should focus on providing more preference factors for rural people. These data provide a scientific decision-making framework for rural residential land consolidation and layout optimization.
