摘要
采用SPAD-502叶绿素测定仪测定不同的年龄结构、海拔、冠层高度、坡向和坡位的紫竹叶片叶绿素含量,结果表明:紫竹分株叶绿素含量在不同年龄结构表现为3年生】4年生】2年生】5年生】6年生】1年生,呈现随着年龄增大出现'低—高—低'趋势;在不同海拔表现出反'U'形现象,叶绿素含量高的集中在海拔1 750~1 850 m区间,且呈现平稳增长;在不同冠层高度表现为'中层】下层】上层';在不同坡向表现为'半阴】半阳】阴坡】阳坡';在不同坡位表现为'中坡】下坡】上坡'。
Using the SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter,the chlorophyll contents of Phyllostachys nigra leaves at different age,altitude,canopy height,aspect and slope position were measured.The results showed that the chlorophyll content of Ph. nigra leaves varied with ramet age,i. e.,3 a > 4 a > 2 a > 5 a > 6 a > 1 a,appearing a pattern of 'low-high-low'with the increase of ramet age. The chlorophyll content of Ph. nigra leaves exhibited an inverted'U'shaped curve with the increase of altitudes,peaking at the altitude of 1750-1850 m. It decreased in the turn of 'middle > lower > upper'canopy height,'half shady slope > half sunny slope > shady slope> sunny slope',and 'mid-slope > lower-slope > upper-slope'.
