摘要 笔者利用2012年原国家计生委流动人口动态监测数据,采用Mincer工资方程、Cotton分解模型,分析流动人口就业者工资性别差异及其影响因素。研究发现,低学历、农村户籍,在落后地区、劳动密集型等低端行业就业的流动人口工资低且性别差异更明显。工资性别差异主要由性别歧视以及其他不可观测因素引起,且年龄、外出务工年限、户口性质对歧视的影响较大。加快建立城乡统一的劳动力市场,保护女性流动人口就业者的合法权益迫在眉睫。 Based on the dynamic monitoring data of the migrant in 2012 from National Family Planning Commission,the paper analyses the salary gender differences and influencing factors for the employed-migrant by adopting the method of descriptive statistics,Mincer wage equation,Cotton decomposition model. Studies have found that the salary gender differences are even more serious for those who are low level of education,rural household registration,and employed in labour-intensive industries. The salary gender differences are mainly caused by the factors of the gender discrimination and other observations,which greatly affected by the age,the experience and the household registration. It is imminent to accelerate the establishment of a unified labor market and protect the legal rights and interests of female migrants.
