摘要
为研究复合抗菌肽'态康利保'对断奶仔猪红细胞免疫功能的影响,试验选用26日龄、体质量相近(8.28±0.23)kg的健康杜长大三元杂交仔猪90头随机分成5组。Ⅰ组(对照组)饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ组在基础日粮中添加400mg/kg黄芪多糖,Ⅲ~Ⅴ组在基础日粮中分别添加250、500和1 000mg/kg的复合抗菌肽'态康利保'。分别于32、39、46和53日龄时每组随机选取6头仔猪前腔静脉采血,进行红细胞受体C3b花环试验、免疫复合物IC花环试验,观察复合抗菌肽'态康利保'对断奶仔猪红细胞免疫功能、红细胞数量的动态变化。结果表明,在基础日粮中添加黄芪多糖和'态康利保'均能明显提高断奶仔猪红细胞C3b受体花环率(P<0.01或P<0.05),降低红细胞免疫复合物花环率(P<0.01或P<0.05),'态康利保'提高红细胞免疫功能的作用更明显,且有剂量依赖效应。
To investigate the effect of the composite antibacterial peptide'Taikanglibao'on the immune function of erythrocytes in weaning piglets,select 90 Duroc crossbred piglets(26-day-old weaning and 8.28±0.23 kg.bw,were randomly divided into five groups.During 26 to 53days of age,fed the basal diet,Ⅱ group added 400mg/kg astragalus polysaccharides in the basis diet,Ⅲ-Ⅴ group added 250mg/kg,500 mg/kg and 1000 mg/kg composite antimicrobial peptides 'Taikanglibao'in the basal diet,respectively.At 32,39,46 and 53d,detected peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets of piglets,the immune adherence function of erythrocytes,the count of erythrocytes and the content of hemoglobin erythrocyte C3 b receptor rosette rate and erythrocyte immune complex rosette rate.The results showed that the astragalus polysaccharides and 'Taikanglibao'could significant increased the red blood cell C3 b receptor rates(P< 0.01 or P< 0.05)of weaned piglets,and decrease the red blood cell immune complex(P< 0.01 or P< 0.05).'Taikanglibao'could improve the immune function of red blood cells in a dose dependent effect.
