摘要
采用多次循环快速淬火分别在880、900和920℃保温12、13.5和15 min循环3~5次细化38Cr Si钢的晶粒。利用光学显微镜观察38Cr Si钢的晶粒形貌,利用截距法和晶粒度法测量奥氏体晶粒的尺寸。在880℃保温12 min循环3~5次淬火,确定出最佳的循环次数为3次。分别在880、900和920℃保温12 min循环3次淬火,确定出最佳的淬火温度为880℃。在880℃循环3次淬火分别保温12、13.5和15 min,确定出最佳的保温时间为12 min。结果表明:随着循环次数的增加,晶粒不断细化,当3次循环淬火后,继续增加循环次数,晶粒不再细化。当加热温度为880℃,保温12 min时,继续升高温度或者延长保温时间,晶粒开始长大。经过最佳工艺细化处理后,38Cr Si钢的晶粒细化到5.2μm。
Multiple cyclic quenching technology was utilized to refine the grain of 38CrSi steel at 880, 900 and 880 ℃ for 12, 13.5 and 15 min, and by cyclic quenching for 3-5 times, respectively.Grain morphology of 38CrSi steel was observed by use of optical microscope, and the grain size of austenitic after heat treatment was measured by intercept and grain size grade method.Under austenitizing at 880℃for 12 min cyclic quenching of 3-5 times, the best is three cyclic times.At 880, 900 and 920 ℃ for 12 min 3 times cycles quenching respectively, the best quenching temperature is 880 ℃.At 880 ℃ cyclic quenching for 3 times and holding for 12, 13.5 and 15 min, respectively, the best heat preservation time is 12 min.The results show that with increasing of the cyclic times, grain is refined gradually. When the cyclic times is more than 3,the grain size of 38CrSi steel is no longer refined while becoming bigger.When the temperature is higher than 880 ℃or the holding time is longer than 12 min, the grain size becomes bigger.After treated by the optimum technology, the grain can be refined to 5.2 μm.
