摘要
残疾人社会组织与残疾人联合会关系的建构将为残疾人事业发展和社会治理创新提供契机,在促进残联转变职能的同时也为社会组织拓展更大的社会空间。广东省在双方构建共赢关系方面取得了一定成效。今后,残联将继续作为残疾人社会组织发展的增长点,帮助其提高公信力和影响力,以进一步完善新型合作关系。
The relationship construction between the disables social organizations and the disabled persons' federation (DPF), will not only provide opportunities for the developments of undertakings of disabled persons, but also widen social spaces for social organizations. Trainings should be undertaken to improve vocational abilities of the disabled people which will help to lay a good foundation for them to participate equally in social employment.
