摘要
采用两步法制备细晶氧化铈-氧化铝陶瓷,研究CeO2添加量(2.5%—7.5%)、第二步烧结温度(1250、1300、1350℃)对复相陶瓷致密度、晶粒大小影响,其中第一步烧结温度恒定1500℃时间10min,第二步烧结时间6h。结果表明:相同烧结条件下,随着CeO2含量的增加,Al2O3晶粒尺寸变小,复相陶瓷密度降低;氧化铈含量相同时,复合陶瓷的致密度和氧化铝晶粒尺寸随第二步烧结温度升高而增大。三种工艺条件得到了氧化铝晶粒尺寸为0.6—0.8μm,致密度为94—98%的复相陶瓷。
The fine-grained ceria-alumina ceramics were prepared by two-step sintering process.The effects of CeO2 content and the second-step sintering temperature on density and grain size of the composite ceramics were investigated;the first-step sintering temperature and time keep constant of 1500℃and 10min and the second-step sintering time is a constant of 6h.The results show,with the increase of the CeO2 content,the grain size of Al2 O3 and the density of composite ceramics reduced.At the same CeO2 content,with the second-step sintering temperature increasing,the alumina grain size and density of the composite ceramic increases.The alumina grain size was ranged in 0.6~0.8μm and the relative density of was in the range of 94~98%.
