摘要
重庆主城区某污水厂提升泵房为土质深基坑,基坑局部开挖深度达17.0 m,属重庆市规定的超限基坑,为了达到经济安全,基坑设计时按不同的安全等级分段划分采用不同的支护措施。经场地的实际情况分析和多方案比选,采用上部放坡土钉墙喷锚支护,下部排桩+锚杆的分段复合支护结构型式。文中阐述了土钉受力的机理,详细进行方案的比选分析,通过开挖施工和现场实测数据,验证了支护方案的合理性和安全性。由于本地区涉及的土质深基坑较少,为同类工程提供参考。
One deep soil pit of pumping station at a sewage plant in Chongqing,the depth of pit reaches 17. 0m,is an overrun deep pit. In order to achieve economic operation and security,different safe level of segments with different support measures were adopted. By analysis of actual conditions and multiple selection,decided to adopt a composite supporting measure of slope: the soil nailing wall at the upper part and piles and anchor at the lower part.The behaviors of soil nailing and analysis of multiple selection are described in this paper. By excavation construction and based on measured data,the consistency and security of the program were verified. There are less involved deep soil pits in this area,this project can provide an experience for similar projects.
