摘要
目的探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗原发性精索静脉曲张手术治疗及预后。方法通过对2011年3月至2012年9月采用单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎治疗30例病人的术中、术后及随访分析,判定此术式的优劣性。结果 30例(100%)手术均成功,术后随访病人均恢复良好,无一例复发,且无远期并发症发生。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎是一种效果理想的手术方式,值得基层医院推广应用。
Objective To study the surgical treatment and prognosis of transumbilical single span laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of varicocel.Methods Single span laparoscopic high ligation of the spermatic vein was performed in 30 patient. The intraoperative and postoperative clinical data and the follow-up were analyzed to determine the quality of the operatio.Results Thirty cases(100%) of operation were successfu. They recovered well in the followed up perio. No recurrence or long-term complication occurre.Conclusion The transumbilical single span laparoscopic high ligation of the spermatic vein is a kind of effect and ideal operation metho,which is worthy of popularization and application of the basic-level hospitals
