摘要
以探讨分析警察职业幸福感的特点及现状为目的,采用总体幸福感量表[General Well-Being Schedule]的方法对241名警察进行测试,得出了警察职业幸福感低于以社会群体为样本的研究结果。男警察的幸福感相对低于女警察,乡镇警察的幸福感低于城市警察;婚姻状况、经济收入、所任职务对警察的幸福感影响较小;各警种中,刑事警察、治安警察的幸福感指数最低;所受教育程度越高,幸福感水平越高;警察年龄、警龄与幸福感都呈现出一种"∪"型关系的结果。
Aiming at analysis of the characteristics of the police's professional well-being, the article uses general well-being schedule to test on 241 policemen, contributing to the findings that the social community, as a case study, overtakes the police in terms of professional well-being, that policewomen overtake policemen and that rural policemen overtake urban policemen in terms of professional well-being. The marital status, income and positions have less impact on their professional well-being. Of all the police categories, professional well-being index of the criminal police and civil order police stand at the lowest point. Those with higher education enjoy higher index of professional well-being. Their age and service years have a U-shaped relationship with their professional well-being.
