摘要
蜂窝梁作为一种新型钢构件,由于其截面形式合理、自重轻、承载能力高、美观经济等优点,常被应用于大跨结构中.但是我国并没有制定相关的规范或标准来指导应用设计,这严重制约了蜂窝梁在我国的广泛应用.对正八边形孔蜂窝梁的挠度计算进行研究,提出了确定蜂窝梁等效抗弯刚度和等效抗剪刚度的方法和理论公式.该方法依据纯弯与纯剪有限元分析结果,按照材料力学中计算公式反算刚度,具有简捷、准确、经济、高效等优点,通过大量有限元分析,得到了腹板刚度折减系数,进一步给出了半理论半经验的计算公式.
As a new steel member,the castellated beam is often used in large-span structures because it has many advantages,such as the rational section form,lightweight,high load-carrying capacity,etc..But at present,there is no technical standard or specification for it to guide applications and design in China.This severely restricts the castellated beam's widely use in China.Based on the research work of the deflection of octagonal hole castellated beam,a method is put forward to determine the equivalent bending stiffness and equivaIent shear stiffness of casteIlated beams;and then the corresponding formulas are given,which are reversely derived from the results of finite element analysis for castellated beams under pure bending or shear;and the relationships both between deflection and stiffness and between moment and curvature in cIassical mechanics.It is simple,accurate,economical and high efficient.Using amounts of the finite element analyses,the reduction factor of stiffness for web with openings are given;and then the equivalent bending stiffness and the equivalent shear stiffness' s semi-theory and semi-empirical computing equations are also given.
