集束化干预策略在剖宫产术后胃肠功能障碍治疗中的临床观察

摘要 目的探讨采用集束化干预策略治疗剖宫产术后胃肠功能障碍患者的临床效果。方法分析我院应用集束化干预策略治疗16例剖宫产后严重胃肠功能障碍患者的病历资料。结果 16例剖宫产术后严重胃肠功能障碍的病人采用术后早期嚼服口香糖、促胃肠动力药物(生大黄、多潘立酮口服或胃管注入,芒硝外敷腹部)、胃肠减压、新斯的明肌注后生大黄灌肠及肠外营养支持等集束化干预策略治疗,收到明显效果,最终均痊愈出院。结论集束化干预策略应用于剖宫产术后胃肠功能障碍病人能缩短住院时间,提高保守治疗成功率。
