摘要
目的:分析检测肝病患者的血生化以及凝血酶原时间的临床价值。方法:选取2010年1月至2012年12月期间,我院收治的各类肝病患者共105例作为观察组,并选择105例健康者作为对照组,对比分析两组的血生化以及凝血酶原时间检测的结果。结果:观察组与对照组的血生化以及凝血酶原时间检测结果存在显著差异(P<0.05),组内比较存在特异性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对肝病患者进行血生化以及凝血酶原时间的检测对于临床鉴别与诊断、病情的判断及预后具有重要的参考意义。
Objective: clinical value of detection of liver disease in patients with blood biochemical and prothrombin time. Methods: from 2010 January to 2012 during December, admitted to our hospital for various types of liver disease in patients with a total of 105 cases as the observation group, and 105 healthy persons as control group, comparative analysis of two groups of blood biochemical and prothrombin time test results.
